DG TAKANO Moves to Remote Working in Response to COVID-19


In order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 and ensure the safety of our employees, business partners and members of our local communities, and in line with the most recent recommendations from the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, DG TAKANO moves to remote working, effective from Tuesday, March 31, 2020.

While we will do everything in our power to ensure that this transition does not inconvenience our customers and business partners, the following key areas will, inevitably, exhibit some changes:

Meetings and Business Visits

In principle, all meetings, including those scheduled before March 31, will be conducted online. In exceptional circumstances where a physical meeting or a business visit is required, we will take every precaution (such wearing face masks and applying hand sanitiser) and comply with all regulations of the venue where the meeting takes place.

Phone Calls And Customer Support

There will be no significant change in this regard: Our team will continue to take your phone calls and requests as usual.

Email Communication

There will be no significant changes in this regard, however some minor delays may occur.

We apologise to our clients and partners for any inconveniences that may arise as a result of the above-mentioned measures, and we hope for your understanding and continued support as we deal with this unprecedented situation.
